We are not a manufacturer, installer, contractor, engineering firm, or equipment rental company unless specifically disclosed in writing for a particular project.

How We May Be Compensated

No Endorsement or Guarantee

A referral by Power For The People does not constitute:

Customers are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any manufacturer, supplier, contractor, installer, engineer, consultant, or service provider.

Third-Party Agreements

Any purchase, service agreement, installation contract, financing arrangement, warranty claim, or other transaction entered into with a third party is solely between the customer and the third party.

Power For The People is not responsible for:

  • Product defects

  • Delivery delays

  • Contractor performance

  • Service quality

  • Warranty administration

  • Pricing disputes

By submitting information through our Website or engaging with Power For The People, you acknowledge and agree that:
